Dear friends and family -
I’ve been going through a transformation. I didn’t mean to neglect my weekly blog--I’ve had very little to say while enjoying my days--following my return to my home in Chiang Mai. I love my little cottage halfway around the world--it’s well-furnished, cozy and comfortable. I have wonderful supportive friends as neighbors and the freedom to design and grow my organic vegetable garden, a harvesting which I will share with the whole community--and with you in pictures this fall.

I was thinking about when my most current transformation began. Maybe it was the day of the Gay Pride Parade in Seattle. No, I didn’t realize that I’m gay (I’m not) . . . I realized that I’m Happy. Very happy with my life. I also realized that I am now in the best of health -- I feel great. Physically and mentally I am getting younger, not older -- my health is improving, not declining at 65, my memory is enhanced -- you may want to know how this is so . . .

It is almost too simple to put into words. It all has to do with choosing Happiness--choosing love--choosing what supports Love and Happiness, and not choosing what doesn’t. It’s quite fascinating how often I did, most of us do choose, eat, vote for and support things that don’t expand and/or celebrate the wondrous Being we are. I was imagining that it may sound like I go on and on and blah-blah in my blogs and books about all of us being these unique radiant reflections of the Divine, but what does it mean for me to say it, if I don’t exemplify it?
While I was traveling in June I saw all the choices I was presented with and all the different ways I could react to this and that. TSA is pulling everything out of my luggage. Do I get pissed or have fun with it? Do I get emotionally involved or not? I realized that all that stuff, all that drama that used to upset me is really None Of My Business. My business is Love - sharing it, being it, eating it, reflecting it, choosing it all the time. WTF? Why choose to eat or waller in someone else’s shit when I have all the richness and goodness and happiness of heaven right in front of me--if I choose to see it that way. This is the Fifth Dimensional choice we are all being presented with.
So with this so-called Fifth Dimensional choice, what actually happens? Well, “Likes Attract.” That’s a law of the universe. So if we each choose to be happy, guess who shows up - happy people! If we choose to have vibrant health, then guess who shows up . . . people who support our vibrant health - the way and means for that to be a reality. It’s the same with wealth and loving relationships at home or works. When we choose “this” and not that, then “this” shows up.

In that regard . . . It’s been five weeks since I began mixing a tablespoon of BioLumina spirulina with some fruit juice every morning. It took about two weeks before I noticed that I was filled with new energy. When I was with my friends in Alaska, I was so happy I could hardly believe it. Its continued on every day and once back in Thailand I started digging dirt and hoeing weeds twice a day, riding my bike all over town, meeting with wonderful people. I swear my memory has improved, and old health issues simply vanished. It all happened in a subtle way - more like a gentle unfolding. The result is that it’s became even easier to remain happy, in love, all the time . . . to move into the actual not bullshit actualization of Fifth Dimensional reality.
A dear friend wrote me an email yesterday, suggesting that I focus on my writing, getting my novel, Shambala - The Path to Paradise, out to the world, and not get off on a tangent with BioLumina spirulina. So today my good friend Mark and I will take the three everyday Thai women who run and clean the guest cottages where we live to fancy hotel buffet, where they will be seen and honored for who they are. Everyday in every way I choose to expand the love.
